Dumplings and chicken wings are two prominent features in the snacks section of any Asian restaurant. The stuffed chicken wings would be a perfect combination of both. Just imagine a tasty shrimp dumpling. Then, instead of the dough-based wrapper, the filling is enveloped by a boneless chicken wing, as if it were a sausage casing. When you bite into it, your teeth snap through the crispy chicken skin and you taste the juicy chicken flesh, flavoured by the shrimp paste and aromatics of the house blend yakitori sauce. It’s complex, satisfying, and goes so well with a tall, cold beverage.
Remove outer bag after thawing, and keep inner packet intact. Simmer packet in boiling water for 10-17 minutes, pour out content and enjoy.
Remove content from all packets after thawing, cook in a preheated oven (180°C) for 15-20 minutes and enjoy.
Keep frozen at -18°C.
