As two nations located in close proximity to each other, it's unsurprising that the cuisines of India and Sri Lanka are more similar than they are different. Being a prominent feature in the cuisine, Sri Lanka curries are distinct with the use of coconut milk and a more potent blend of spices. Our expression has very little oil and light consistency, with an emphasis on flavour where everything is cooked slow or simmered on lower heat. Hence it is a great pairing with salmon and various types of vegetables, where the freshness and textures can be easily retained.

Remove outer bag and keep inner packet intact. Simmer packet in boiling water for 6-8 minutes, pour out content and enjoy.
Remove content from all packets and put it into a microwavable container. Reheat in 600W for 5.5 to 6 minutes and enjoy.
